SIMI
provides a wide range of reports tracking account
history and performance. Clients are encouraged to contact us at any time for
additional account information or for other service requests. We pride ourselves on our responsiveness to client
needs. Our staff also
works closely with clients' accountants and/or attorneys to insure that all
appropriate account information is made available to these professionals on a
timely basis, and that their valuable input regarding our clients' situation is
considered.
CUSTODY
OF ACCOUNTS
SIMI recommends an appropriate bank or other custodian be chosen to hold
client assets. We do not take
possession of client cash or securities. Through our advisory agreement, SIMI is
granted the right to conduct security trades on a discretionary basis
in managed account(s). If the client has no present relationship with a
particular custodian which they seek to maintain, SIMI will recommend a qualified, independent custodian
based upon criteria such as cost, responsiveness and quality of reporting.
